User guides are grouped by category. To search a guide for a specific word or phrase, press CTRL+F to open the Find screen, enter the word, and click Find. We recommend you download user guides larger than 300K: right-click the link to the guide and select Save Target As. To purchase printed copies, email manualrequest@blackbaud.com.

 Did you know answers to your software questions are right at your fingertips? While working in the software, press F1 on your keyboard to open an extensive help file. Type keywords in the help file’s search field to find specific information about a process or function.
